The risks you face from chlorine in your drinking water far exceed the risks of chlorine in your swimming pool. Many of the same compounds form in drinking water when it reacts with chlorine. It is legitimate to consider whether drinking water technologies that do not use chlorine should be adopted.
In short people shouldn't pee in the swimming pool out of general courtesy. To try to attach a significant health risk to unrinating in swimming pools, given the implied risk of the overall activity of swimming, is a pretty silly way to bolster your argument.

Anyone worried about folks peeing in a pool probably shouldn't swim in a pool where competitive swimmers practice.
