Listen to the 911 call. Dumervil wasn't mentioned at all, the Victoria's Secret witness said that the argument was between the guy in a silver Mercedes and a white Impala. The witness also said the guy in the silver Mercedes had a gun.
Dumervil was in a Range Rover and the gun found in the glovebox was not his and didn't have DOOM's fingerprints on it,
