If you're going low-carb, try creating your own shell out of shredded cheese. Take shredded chedder (or whatever) and spread it around a paper plate. Microwave for about a minute. While it's still warm you can fold it over in half, or use it as a chip, or a crunchy accent in any other low carb meal.
