Not when you break down the film and account for it.
I don't really look at WR screens a whole lot when evaluating a QB other than to see if the ball gets there with good zip, is in front of the receiver, and the QB executes the play correctly while also examining the QBs footwork.
Additionally, ball placement is something that nobody talks about but is pretty ****ing important in executing any kind of screen play properly.
