I just ran across an interesting bit of info speculating on the twelfth cylon.

Anastasia, from the greek "Anastacia" means "Rebirth".

Dualla is Sanskrit for "Twelve".

Ron Moore has said the 12th has been with the show since the First Season, and is not in this promo photo.
