First I don't have expectations that Geno Smith is going be an Andrew Luck. Aaron Rodgers would be ok for a few years maybe we get lucky & maybe not win a Super Bowl?
There is no NO guarantee in this league for any QB to win a Super Bowl that we go after. What I want is to get our own QB from the draft that we can build a team around that has potential to be great. Geno Smith "could" be that guy. Maybe not but I sure the **** want to find out. I am sick and tired of retread QBs. I didn't want Joe ****ing Montana when we got him. I want our own QB to build a championship team around that could be great for a decade to come.
We can win with Geno Smith I have no doubt about it. We are too stupid of a franchise to find out.
