They are damn sexy, and one of the best built 1911s out there. I actually wanted my first 1911 to be the more traditional blued and wood handle but, didn't like the options in the gun case at that time that met that desire. And there was this Kimber with some major eye appeal.... Hell, I was compulsive buying in the first place, might was well go all out and spend the extra money for the extra quality.
