They'll be in position to draft one in round 1 if they choose...Also there are rumors here in Houston that they might swap with the Texans with the intent on drafting Manzeil. Said they will know more after his pro day March 27 and / or his private workout shortly afterwards. Fact is they are much improved BUT they're still the Raiders and cant be taken too seriously...
