Definitely fits the profile Moore's staff looks for. Good size, plus stuff. And, with that plus stuff, control issues.
If he's mid-90s with good off-speed pitch as a starter, that's likely upper 90s as a reliever.
You can never have too many live arms for the bullpen, so even if that's all he is... cheap, long-term controlled guy in the bullpen - that's not a bad return for Broxton.
If he develops into anything more... congrats, you won the lottery.
