I never really believed it, thought it was sensationalized, and all. This 'fiber makes you crap well' gimmick, but sure enough, it's a great cleanser. ...really! ...shit's healthy, bras!

I wanted to tell you and all of my friends, so that they can/could crap well, too.


While I'm at it; you all should read up on epsom salt baths, the therapy they provide is no hyped bs gimmick, either. FEELS GOOD MAN!
