I'm going to look into it. I don't know if I want to do it for life. So I don't know if it's good for me, I've heard there is a "golden shot" your first time around. What I do know is the body will shed like a mother****er for 3 months as it's going into shock, then it will adjust and weight loss becomes a bit more difficult.
