Would be impressive if it was a true level 1 and not twinked. He's given his level 1 DH items to give him just enough HP to not get 1 shot by the attack that fans out. Every attack on every boss is telegraphed. So the only thing thats going to hit him is that 1 attack.
His bracers give +5 vitality. It's been awhile since I've played and figured out how much 1 vit gave but I think it was 34.76 HP on my DH. So he's got 174 more HP than a true level 1.
