You won’t find them in a store, they grow wild so you’ll have to hunt them down yourself.
As far as how I cook them I use a similar breading to when I fry fish, 50/50 flour and corn meal, pinch of salt and pepper to taste then fry them in vegetable oil. But that fried in butter with parmesan topping sounds very interesting.
