12/31/11 - 198lbs
2/1/12 - 184lbs (-14month)
3/1/12 - 180lbs ( -4month /-18year)
March will test my mettle. This is the month that I will transition into dietary maintenance and no longer pursue measurable weight loss. Sounds like a daunting balancing act.
