Good start, maybe after the opening attack flashback and focus on the first attack when the wolves discovered crack heads. Maybe it started with a crackhead that had a pet wolf, the wolf pet starts licking the mirror or whatever crackheads use, and wigs out. The crack wolf drags his owners carcass out to the wild pack in the woods or something.
