Myers and other prospects will not land us a #1 or 2 starting pitcher for multiple years. Our only hope is spending money. Poster is correct, you cannot do it all with the farm system. But that falls on glass and dayton. The bats and fielders are in place. We need to pay for pitching, not trade guys like myers for it.
