I was actually asking because it looks like something the local amish kid knocks out for ~15 bucks and the weathering is an extra $10. He'd probably stamp or burn whatever initials you want in it for $2.
His saddles sell for a shit tons of money and he makes custom belts, suspenders, straps, strips, and numerous other easy shit with his scraps.
