Eh, I don't attribute so much to "Dumb", just unaware. And seriously, it IT confusing to anyone that's never been to Kansas City as to why the Chiefs don't play in Kansas. I mean, it says it right there in the name:
Kansas City Chiefs.
If the Rams played in St. Louis, Illinois, it would be just as confusing to people.
