I wanted to believe that mostly because Crennel is a one contract coach due to his health problems. A one contract coach should not fear the GM and should insist on what HE wants. Unfortunately it seems I was wrong in my evaluation of Crennell.

Getting Richardson with the 11th pick is ridiculous. If I'm Pioli and Richardson is available I trade the pick to the highest paying Richardson suitor and keep trading down until I either get Tannehill or a RT at value. Then in the 3rd round or so I'd probably get Terrance Ganaway if I wanted to add bulk to my running game. This will give us extra picks for this year or even next.
