Lost 1.5 lbs this week, down to 349 on the nose. This was a challenging week in terms of food, but I did pretty well.
I survived a graduation party where all my favorite junk foods were out in force as well as my wife's birthday, which was a food haven.
The highlight of the week exercise-wise was a 15.2 mile bike ride with an elevation gain of 1,370 feet. I made the decision this week that my next big goal is to successfully complete RAGBRAI next summer. Biking has just been a lot of fun, and growing up in Iowa it would be pretty cool to bike the whole state.
Short term, I'm pushing to get into the 330's when we head to vacation in July.
