RG3 was always eyes down field and extending plays by scrambling in college, too. What sets RG3 apart is his athletic ability. Smith simply can't touch RG3's ability, it's not who he is.

Nobody can. Does that make him a better QB than the Manning brothers? Than Brady? Than Rogers?
Brady might be the most unathletic quarterback in the entire NFL. I don't think anyone thinks he sucks.
