He prob grew up a Chiefs fan...which IMO would at least motivate him to want to see his city win a championship...I know it would if I were him.
I'd sign him up immediately.
Keep Quinn another year as the 3rd backup, and draft a QB in 1st/2d rd depending who's there etc.
Then I'd draft another QB next year....Murray or Manziel
