I think the first few years of this we're going to be awarding the prize to douches who have been here a long time. Maybe they didn't do anything particularly douchey that year, but because they're still around being a douche, their turns will eventually come up.
But a fine choice this year. Tom wins this award like Peyton Manning wins MVPs
