Seems like they would be able to just disallow party chat when it extends to two teams within the same match rather than disallowing party chat altogether. That is one the the biggest features on the box.

I guess the good thing here for me is that my son may just change his mind and want to get this on the pS3 instead since party chat would be gimped.
