Bullshit. He can do it just fine. Perhaps not as well as some that have come through here, but he can manage getting through games without making 5 careless turnovers every night. The kid's an incredibly talented individual and he's shown the ability to handle difficult situations throughout his entire career.

I'm not sure why either of those things means he hasn't played lazy this year. Basketball players are lazy all the time, especially incredibly good/talented ones. Look no further than the awful stretches this KU team has had in games over the last month where the effort level wasn't there.
