Rosenthal should be given the oppertunity. He HAS shown the potential. We need him to step up, lets see if spending the winter with Carp set him up for success

Its a valid measurement to judge a potential closer. Just what would you use to evaluate a closer? There is no closer evaluation template to be applied to every potential closer.
