Ok so let me play devil's advocate. Prospects are just that, prospects. It is almost like playing the lottery as if they will produce at the major league level. Plenty of prospects have flown through the minors with start like numbers, only to fade out at the major league level.
As we watched last year, our offense can score but we just need pitching. Throw the same offense up to the plate next year, hope for better numbers from Hosmer, and with the rotation we now have can we win?
