I'm still around a 44 waist at 215 pounds. I have a weird body structure. And of course I could still stand to drop another 25 pounds.

Latest run a few days ago was 3.37 miles. Took me about 43 minutes, so I'm still over 12/mile. I would say in the end that 10 minute miles are probably the best I can expect to do. It was a struggle for me to run 8 minute miles when I was 18 years old and weighed 50 pounds less. I feel like I'm running in cement sometimes when runners blow by me like I'm standing still, but the pace is hard for me, and that's all that really matters I think.

Bike today was 17 miles in 1:10. So 14.6 mph. Not bad. I think the mild winter helped - I'm several months ahead of where I was last year.

(FINALLY) Started my spring work cycle this afternoon. Hitting Oklahoma Joes shortly for my final barbecue dinner of the spring. I have a two-month deadline to hit 200 pounds, which is going to require much more discipline than I've had so far this year. I'm confident that I can do it, and I always perform better when I have a clear deadline.
