Any thought of instituting a way to move a player off of the available list (or one that's already on your board) up or down to a specific slot rather than just having the arrows? It seems to take about 30 seconds for the board to reset after you move a player up or down just one. While that 30 seconds isn't a great deal, if you're moving one from 12 to 2 for example, that takes a long while.
