Well aside from the inevitable massive recruit exodus and transfers by JW3, Gant et al, followed by new coach having bad first year cuz roster is gutted and no time to recruit his own guys, followed by fickle fanbase immediately disliking him saying he was overhyped and giving him only Year 2 to right the ship before wanting him gone too, which unless he's Superman will be unlikely since that will at best be his first year with a somewhat stable roster.
