I'm sure Carr's on the phone right now with Pioli. The conversation is probably going something like, "Hey Scott, this is Brandon Carr. I know you have already replaced me after years of dedicated service, and I just want to say i hope you replace Matt Cassel as well. It is my opinion that you replace him with RG3.
