You know how every draft personality and their mother is taking credit for "spotting" Russell Wilson? Same story here. I'm not a Tom Brady scholar, but some stories about Tom's presence in the locker room and with the coaches when he was a 4th string rookie behind Michael Bishop leading up to the year he filled in for Drew Bledsoe and never looked back would do far more to disprove my guess that he was boring and non-dynamic.

That story's been around since the beginning, as are the stories about him pulling all the backups together behind him and leading them even though he was the 4th string QB. As far as credit for Brady goes, most people give it to Rehbein.
I don't really want to get into the rest, because you seem to be confusing the idea of a mouthy TV personality with the ability to lead a locker room.
