yes. They also screw you on pricing online. They will offer a deal online, but when you go to the store they won't match that deal so it forces you to purchase online. then you do site to store even though they have it in their local store. Takes 5-7 days before it officially ships then it takes another week to get to the store then a couple days before they actually inform you it is there. You can't pick it up until they inform you it is there.

Bestbuy matches all online prices AND when you order online and select pick up at store they go to the shelf and pull it off for you so all you have to do is drop by customer service to pick it up. The only real problem with bestbuy is that the customer service desk can be a nightmare at times because of all the returns they deal with from customers that don't know what they are doing.
