The only thing scripted, besides obviously the storylines, (but not the interviews) are the outcomes of the matches. At the highest level, the wrestlers essentially improv the match. Working a really good match is a kind of art form to them.
(Hell, King of the Rig '98, where Undertaker threw Foley off of the Hell in a Cell - the WW[E] didn't know about that. That was something they had talked about doing before hand.
