That's what I'm assuming. Austin is a boomtown. Both cities have been working behind the scenes to lure the NFL into that part of Texas. And they're just a couple hours from Clarks base of operation. Build the stadium in Hill country and you won't have to worry about some urban county soaking the franchise.

That said, I hear they can build a really nice training facility on the Wyandotte County side of town.....
