Defendant attorneys will point this out, and one bat hit crazy juror may decide to believe said attorney. Jurors are not smart people, as a rule. The offal of society often sits on them. Hernandez may be guilty, but we have heard only one side so far. What the prosecution tells the media. I choose to wait and see.
