I see the two major issues with Xbox One as being the requirement for Kinect & the daily verification. If I had the choice, I wouldn't have Kinect. My kids enjoy it from time to time, but not enough to get the moneys worth out of it.
But, it's got a lot of cool features as well. The one I like the most is not needing discs to play on whatever console you are on - that's really enticing to me with a family of 6 and 2 consoles.
