Instead it's..."ahh, Trent Green's out a little while, it was a legal hit, *yawn*" rather than "OMG Carson Palmer's in the hospital, we need to inquire about a rule change".

That's EXACTLY why I'm half expecting the NFL to change their mind on this and issue some sort of fine and condemnation. Short of that....I suspect we will see some vicsious hits on QBs this year. And, for the sake of consistency, we SHOULD.....
