When he got there, he wasn't comfortable with the location. The transfer isn't really related to playing time or anything like that. He just didn't like SoCal. It wasn't for him...and the reality is that it isn't for everybody. He was going to be Hundley's backup this year and there is about a 50/50 shot that Hundley declares after this year so he would be right in the hunt to be a 3 year starter at UCLA.
He will have 3 years to play 3 after sitting out the transfer year regardless of where he goes.
