Sure.
But if he had any kind of team supporting him, he would viewed on a level just below Aaron Rogers.
Rogers is a great QB, but he rarely breaks his Packers back from late game deficits.
And he has not performed well when he's had to.

it's got some truth though, how many major super stars has Romo had to work with besides Dex Bryant? - TO at the end of his career 5 years ago is the only one i can think of
