Scrambled eggs are tough to screw up. Break a couple of eggs, stir them up with a fork, cook over medium heat for a few minutes while jabbing at them a couple of times with a spatula to make sure they cook evenly, and you're all set.
If you can tear up a small piece of ham to add some flavor, even better...
You can even just put the eggs in a coffee mug, stir, and microwave them for 30 seconds. The eggs will swell up to twice the size of the cup, but they turn out fine.
