Going to start seeing a personal trainer at my gym once per week. Signed up for six months. It's a little pricey (to me), but it will so be worth the accountability, advice, and instruction I'll get. I've got the self motivation; I just need to know where and how to direct it.
Thing that sucks...right now, I'm at 44.4% body fat. Looking forward to getting rid of half of that.
I'm sure he says this to all of his trainees, but he did mention that, for not having worked with free weights much before, I had really good form. Gave me a few pointers in my squats and lunges, too.
