Wow, I cannot believe how poorly Sony is handling that. Here you have this high profile owner and the most you can do is say call back Friday and give them a $10 credit to buy more of your shit.
If they had any sense, they should have overnighted him a new one ASAP. Especially once it got elevated out of basic support.
