I mixed a Young's Double Chocolate stout with Lagunita's Cappuccino stout and it was delightful. Boulevard's Chocolate ale was not enjoyable. It was not well balanced and I would get a hint of cocoa in the aftertaste about every third or fourth drink. To me, it was like a mediocre homebrew. I checked, but the bottle I had was not the bad batch.
