This is where you are wrong. He has managed the games as he was brought in to do. He has not over played his part by doing more than what he has been asked to do. He has allowed his team to stay in the games until they can make adjustments to have the chance to win out in the end.
He is growing with the teams offense as they are to him, this offense is still a work in progress that will only get better.
He has earned an A!
