Why would you have a team of old players with big money contracts if they are the worst D in the NFL? Gut that fish, dump those contracts, hope you find a gem in the bunch and pay your cap hell dues and wait for better days...
The dumb teams(mine included) are those who pay shit players monster contracts and make them scholarship players... F that, you will perform at Oakland nowadays or your time is very short..
Just look at what Reggie has done... Yea we aren't gonna sniff anything this year but we are gonna be setup nicely for the future to never be put in that position again... **** the one year good and 5 years bad shit, I want consistancy and in the hunt EVERY year like the elite teams in the NFL do.
