This is what got ***** fired was not only hanging his hat on Cassel but never bringing in any competition and the only time it got close to any was when Orton was here. Screw Smith's potential weak ass ego ! This is the NFL and in order to stay sharp and play well is when you know you can be replaced at anytime. Just like many of us here on CP who live in the
'real world' and have to compete to keep our jobs or our companies always providing a great service or product. If we don't we are gone !!!
