So you are suggesting a premeditated attempt to injure without being penalized?
I suppose you do not know the difference between "heat of passion" manslaughter and first-degree premeditated murder.
We live in a society that more severely punishes people who premeditatedly injure or kill with design of avoiding detection. People that are provoked and act in the heat of the moment are considered to be less morally culpable.
It was chickensh*t for Golden Tate to taunt like he did on that TD, and that single play is the reason this subject may come up before the competition committee.
It might even be more chickensh*t to plan on taking a cheapshot on a later play with the hopes of injuring the player and making it look unplanned.
