Rhonda Moss reported that she was told by the Chiefs that what Steiner is talking about is that he told the Chiefs that he thinks that Miami will give up a 5th for Green and that if the Chiefs indicate that they are willing to settle for a 5th he can pass that along to the Dolphins.

So, in essence, he wants the Chiefs to move off of their current demand, whatever it is, with no real assurance that Miami is at all interested in moving off of their current offer. The Chiefs told him that the Dolphins know their phone number and the Dolphins are welcome to make any offer they want to make directly to the Chiefs.
