Basically they are not reporting my stellar payment history on that card and when projected the impact on my credit on their calculator + age of account and history of payment, it appears that by them not reporting it I am losing over 100 points in credit score..
I ordered everything by mail from transunion because It said I had a problem verifying who I was for some reason but in a few business days I will have a better handle on whats going on so I can proceed with a dispute with them.

Ahh, if they basically see you as one of those stubborn "I don't need no stinkin' credit card, dammit, I pay everything with cash" old people, then that'll hammer your score.
